Radici means roots. And at our table, roots matter. We grew up around kitchens where Sunday sauce wasn't a menu item — it was a ritual. Where pasta was rolled by hand because no machine could replicate the feel of flour under your palms.
When we opened our doors on Metropolitan Avenue, we knew exactly what we wanted to bring to Forest Hills: the kind of meal that makes you forget your phone exists. Food that tastes like it was made for someone you love.
Every ingredient is chosen with that standard in mind. Our tomatoes come from San Marzano. Our olive oil is pressed in Calabria. Our flour is milled in Italy. Because shortcuts are the one thing we refuse to take.
